Work was pure crap today probably cause I didn't get enough sleep.

Things to work on:
Telling each parent something positive about their child.

Getting outside on time
Doing cool stuff outside.
Getting people to clean up their stuff before walking away.

Today my final wake up time after going to bed around 1- 1:30 am waking up at 5 and 7:30 was 11:30 . Getting better it has been 1 or worse 3pm ish.

I'd better get ready for working at 8 that means leaving the house by 7 if I want to have time w/ Theo before starting work.
That means waking up at 5:45 or 6 Which then means that I will need to go to bed. My goal tonight will be a 11:30 bedtime. Going to bed around now 12:15 or 12:30

Things I'd like to accomplish today:

folding all the clothes!!! ughh -
another load of laundry (completed before K get's home) X 2! but not all folded
a vigorous walk X
e-mail thank you to Evy -

compile folders w/ childrens names. X
make a file for Theo

Goodwill shopping trip
buy an inflatable globe to hang
world books, posters
kids tape player
phonics alphabet toys
bathe Theo

144.5 later after the restroom LOL 141.5 ok I have to set a regular schedule to weigh and stick to it. Probably should be before I go to bed or 1st thing in the morning.

Food today:
coffee w/ tsp of formula 1tsp of brown sugar
rice 1 1/2 cup
sukiyaki 2 cups
green tea cold
mugicha 3 cups
nabe w/ rice and gomae sauce

Theo's food
5am breastmilk
4 oz formula

7am breastmilk

11:30 breastmilk
formula 4oz

2:30 breastmilk
3:30 2.5 0z formula

6:40 breastmilk
5.5 0z formula

Post pregnancy weightloss

today i ate
a bowl of sukiyaki & bowl of rice
a bowl of rice w/ pork
2 apple turnovers OOPS!

drank sparkling water
iced green tea
lipton honey green tea

went on a 30 min walk carrying baby in snugli
